I checked a few different sites for the same part, and discountpartsmonster.com was cheaper by a noticeable amount. Shipping was reasonable too, so it didn’t feel like they were just making up the difference there. Overall, I’m happy with what I paid and I’d order from them again

Tracking was easy to follow once I ordered the part. I got updates when it shipped and could see where it was along the way. I do kind of regret stressing about it at first, because it took a bit to update and I thought something was wrong, but in the end it wasn’t a big deal.

I totally ordered the wrong part, which is on me because I was rushing and didn’t double-check like I should have. I was kind of dreading the return, mostly because I’m terrible about keeping track of that stuff, but the steps were really straightforward. "Customer service was fine, but I was stuck waiting"
I had to reach out to discountpartsmonster.com about my order, i was hoping to hear back faster. I don’t like having to chase down answers when I’m already trying to get my own project sorted out, so having to send a follow-up was a little frustrating.
They did eventually answer my question and were polite about it, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish they had responded sooner, especially since I was trying to make sure I was getting the right part and didn’t really want to sit around waiting

I ordered a part from discountpartsmonster.com and figured it was probably going to take a while, but it actually shipped out quickly. Since they sent the tracking right away, I didn’t have to chase anyone down for updates.
The box was a little rough when it got here, so I was a bit worried at first, but the part itself was totally fine. I’m giving 4 stars because the fast shipping made the experience easy, though better packaging would’ve made it even better.

The part showed up cracked, which was annoying, so I emailed them expecting the usual canned company response. To be fair, they didn’t give me a bunch of polished nonsense — they just sorted it out. A replacement showed up a few days later and I didn’t have to chase anyone down. Happy with how they handled it.
